GINZA WHISKERS (Ginza Showa Roman Club, "we") defines how personal information is handled on Discover GINZA (this site) as follows. Discover GINZA is a content and publishing media operated under the GINZA WHISKERS brand.

1. Contact

This site does not currently provide a contact form or a published email address. For press, listing, or business inquiries, please use the contact channel on the GINZA WHISKERS brand site (ginzawhiskers.com).

2. Newsletter

We plan to introduce a newsletter feature in the future. It has not been implemented yet, and no email addresses are currently collected. When the feature launches, we will describe the information collected, its purpose, and how to unsubscribe in this policy before starting operation.

3. Analytics

We plan to use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage and improve content. GA4 is an analytics tool provided by Google that uses cookies to collect usage data, processed in a way that does not identify individuals.

We do not enable advertising features (such as Google Signals or linking data to a Google Ads account). As a result, usage data from this site is not shared with third parties for ad delivery or tracking purposes.

If you do not wish your data to be collected by GA4, you can disable collection using Google'sGoogle Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Social Media Integration (Instagram, etc.)

We use Meta's Graph API to publish content produced by Discover GINZA to our official social media accounts (including Instagram). This integration is used solely to post to accounts we manage, and does not collect or store personal Instagram or Facebook account information from visitors to this site. All publishing is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes out; we do not perform fully automated posting without human review.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose collected information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised without notice in response to changes in law or new site features (such as the newsletter or analytics tooling described above). Revisions take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
